Len Schaustal has been in the escrow industry for over 30 years. His extensive knowledge and experience in residential and commercial escrow has helped guide many complicated escrows to successful and happy conclusions for his clients. Len still runs an active desk. He feels that he is part of a client’s “life event” – purchasing a home or investment – and understands that it is important to handle each and every transaction with the utmost care and attention to detail. Len is a Member of the California Escrow Association and Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors®. He is a Board Member of the Christmas Tree Lane Association in Altadena, and very active in this 100% volunteer organization. During his free time, Len enjoys international travel, and spending time with friends and family, including his beloved dogs!

Natalie Fratino has been in Real Estate for more than 25 years, working in both the mortgage and escrow industries. She is very knowledgeable and able to explain escrow paperwork easily and succinctly, while working efficiently with Lenders, Title Companies, Agents, Buyers and Sellers. Natalie handles residential and commercial sales and refinances, and is deeply invested in helping clients understand their transactions. Natalie lives in Cypress Park with her husband, dogs, cat, rabbit and chickens. She’s an avid painter, musician and all around creative person.

Jessica Coyukiat has been involved in different aspects of real estate since she was a kid…helping her mom with open houses and working on the weekends as a receptionist at Coldwell Banker. She has now been with Zemrus since 2013, starting as an Escrow Assistant and progressing to her current role as an Escrow Officer. She and her husband have twin boys and love spending time together as a family.

Elena Barnes has been with Zemrus Escrow since 2004, working her way up to Escrow Officer. She enjoys the successful closing of escrows that make for happy Agents, Buyers and Sellers. When she’s not making quick, efficient closings, Elena enjoys spending time with her husband of over 20 years and her three grown sons.

Leslie Cain has worked for Zemrus Escrow for nearly 20 years, assisting with escrow openings and processing. She’s a diligent worker and genuinely enjoys her job. Outside of the office, Leslie’s passions are animals, nature, and spending time with her daughter.

Carole Wagner has been an employee of Zemrus Escrow for 5 years. She takes care of answering phones, helping with opening escrows for sales and refinances as well as taking care of the daily office minutiae. Her interests include entertaining, music and sports, especially football and golf.

Lety joined the Zemrus team in March 2021. She formerly worked as a chronic care pharmacy technician which helped her to develop excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, accuracy and privacy.
